Payment & customs for international orders

Do the prices include VAT?

Yes – every price shown on pashin.si already includes VAT, and all orders are charged in euros (EUR), regardless of where you’re ordering from.

Will I be charged customs or import duties?

If you’re ordering from within the European Union, no – VAT is already included and there are no extra charges on delivery. If you’re ordering from outside the EU, your country may charge import duties or customs fees when the parcel arrives. These are set by your country’s customs authority, not by us, so we’re unable to tell you the exact amount in advance – it depends on your country’s rules and your order value.

SHIPPING

We like simple things….

So our shipping prices are simple:

If you spend €69,00 (after any discounts) then shipping anywhere in the world is free!

Orders under €69 will be charged at €5,00 for shipping per order if sent in Slovenia or €8,00 for all other countries.

Delivery time to the EU: 2 to 7 days.

Delivery time to the Rest of World: varies from 7 to 14 days, depending on country.

Please also allow 24 to 48 hours from time of order, for your order to be packed and sent.

 

Returns 

Our returns policy is also simple…

If for any reason you are not happy with an item, just inform us within 14 days from the day you received our delivery. (By email is best: info@pashin.si).

Then within 14 days of the day you inform us of your cancellation, you should return it unused to us, and we will refund the price you paid for the item, plus any delivery charges you paid. We will have sent a withdrawal form with your purchase which you can use, although you don’t have to.

This refund will be made back to you within 14 days of receipt of your cancellation.

We might delay a refund until we receive the goods or evidence that you have returned them, whichever is earliest. Refund will be by the same method you used for payment.

You will have to pay the costs of returning the goods. Your post office usually will have the cheapest registered postage service.
