These Terms and Conditions are written  in accordance with Consumer Protection Law (ZVPot), Private Data Protection Law (ZVOP-1) and  Electronic Communications Law (ZEKom – 1).

The terms and conditions listed below will apply between customer and Pashin’ webstore for the sale and purchase of the products contained in customers shopping cart. We reserve the right, at any time, to modify, alter or update these terms and conditions, and you agree to be bound by such modifications, changes, or updates on subsequent visits.

These terms and conditions of sale are valid as of March 1st, 2020, until further notice.

Explanation of Appeal procedure

We use Pošta Slovenije, Slovenian postal service provider, and GLS logistics company for both domestic and international shipping. Orders are processed in 1 – 3 working days and delivered by mail worldwide from our warehouse in Slovenska Bistrica, Slovenia. For reasons that are not dependant on us, the delivery times can sometimes be longer. All international shippings are sent as postal parcels and with tracking code. Please note that orders placed during certain holidays have longer delivery time.
Estimated delivery times and prices for:
Slovenia: Delivery within 2 – 7 days from day of payment. The delivery cost 3,00€.
EU countries: Delivery within 4 – 7 days from day of payment. Delivery cost within EU 6,00€.
Other countries: Delivery within 7 – 14 days from day of payment. Delivery cost 6,00€.
If you spend €69,00 (after any discounts) then shipping anywhere in the world is free!

If there occurs a problem with your order or shipment, we will contact you as soon as possible. Pashin’ webstore also has the right to cancel the order, if suspicions arise, that the concerned credit card is not valid or might be stolen. In this case, the customer will be contacted and informed by email.

The following methods of payment are available for the users of the webstore:
Direct bank transfer (the order will be processed after the receival of the funds)
Cash on delivery (available only in Slovenia)
PayPal (credit cards included)
All prices at Pashin’ webstore are VAT included (Value Added Tax 22%).
Please note that all shipments to destinations outside of EU may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied by the importing country at the time the shipment arrives in your country. All applicable duties, fees and any additional charges for customs clearance are your, our customer’s, responsibility. Please refer to your customs department for guidance.

The prices quoted are those ruling at the time of production. Due to circumstances beyond our control prices may have to be altered up or down, including any alterations to the rate of value added tax. If for this, or any other reason, an item is not acceptable, it may be returned providing it is sent back within 28 days and is in new, unused condition. All prices shown are cash prices in Euros (€). We reserve the right to accept or reject orders, to refuse applications or with prior written notice to close an account.

After the order is placed Pashin’ sends a bill in pdf format to the customers e-mail address.
On a bill there is a clear break up of the price and all of the costs concerning the purchase.
Customer is obliged to check the correctness of data before submiting the order. Any objections that we receive after that we can not take into account.

1. Pashin’ order confirmation
After order has ben placed customer gets an email with eorder acceptance and details. Pashin’ checks the availability and confirms the order or rejects it with a valid reason.
2. The order has been dispatched
Pashin’ prepares the products in the agreed deadline and sends it. We inform the customer about this in the e-mail. In that email Pashin’ also informs the customer about the contract withdrawal policy, where to turn in case of delay in delivery and where to turn in case of complaint.

Customer will receive a purchased gift voucher on their e-mail. The vaucher is valid for purchases in Pashin’ webstore.The offer is valid for orders over the minimum value stated in your communication.
The offer is valid until the expiry date shown on your communication.
The offer can only be activated once the voucher PIN has been registered at Pashin.si. A voucher PIN can only be registered once.
If the order is returned, the value of the offer is non refundable.
The voucher PIN cannot be exchanged for cash. No change or refund will be given.
Pashin’ cannot accept responsibility for the loss of your voucher PIN. It will not be replaced or its value refunded if this happens.
Offer is open to residents of selected countries that are over 18 years old only.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, or if you receive faulty or wrong item, you may return or exchange it for another item. When returning items, please contact us before sending the item back by sending an email to info@pashin.si. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days after receiving your order. If you do not contact us within that time, we reserve the right not to accept returned items. We only return customer payments if the product is in new and unused condition. We do not cover the delivery fee. We will return the payment according to the chosen payment method.
Please note, that the items you are returning should be unused and in their original form.
Also please notice that return and exchange policy does not apply to gift cards.

If you do have a complaint please write to info@pashin.si. Pashin’ welcomes and learns from complaints. We aim to deal with complaints speedily and sympathetically. All complaints are logged, investigated and replied to. Financial Complaints – Where complaints related to the consumer credit offer are not resolved to the customer’s satisfaction the customer may have the right to refer their complaint, in writing, to the Financial Ombudsman Service, for independent investigation. Details will be provided as appropriate.

In the unlikely event that we are unable to resolve a complaint with you directly, you have the right to refer the dispute to the EU’s Online Dispute Resolution Platform at https://ec.europa.eu/odr.

Pashin’ takes great care with the colours used in the collections. The limitations of colour reproduction and the individual colour settings of your screen may mean a slight variation. Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions are accurate. However, specifications may change.

These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Slovenian Law. The parties hereby submit to the jurisdiction of the Slovenian Courts. All contracts will be concluded in the English language.
