Refund and Returns Policy

At Pashin’ we like things simple – here is our full returns and refund policy.

Standard returns

If for any reason you are not happy with an item, just inform us within 14 days from the day you received your delivery (by email is best: info@pashin.si).

Then, within 14 days of the day you inform us of your cancellation, return the item to us unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the price you paid for it, plus any delivery charges you paid. We send a withdrawal form with your purchase which you can use, although you don’t have to.

The refund will be made within 14 days of us receiving your returned item (or evidence that you have sent it, whichever is earliest), by the same payment method you used to pay.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods – your local post office usually has the cheapest registered postage service.

Holiday returns (extended window)

Because gifts are often opened well after they are bought, we extend our return window for the festive season: orders placed between November 1st and December 24th, 2026 can be returned until January 31st, 2027 – no need to worry about the usual 14-day limit if it was a Christmas gift.

Christmas order deadline

To make sure your order arrives in time for Christmas, please place it by December 7th if shipping outside the EU, or by December 15th if shipping within the EU. See our Shipping page for delivery times.
